• This offer (“Offer”) is made available to you by Sodexo(“SODEXO”) along with M/s. Analyticsiq Consulting Services Private Limited, operating through its website www.tzaro.com ("TZARO"). This Offer is open forall residents of India.
• This Offer is made available on purchases made only on www.tzaro.com or the mobile application or mobile site thereof (“Website”)operated by Analyticsiq Consulting Services Private Limited (“TZARO”).This Offer shall not be clubbed with any other offer(s)that may be available on the Website at the time of purchase.
• Under this Offer, any Sodexo user who, during the Offer Period, purchases any products from the Website get an instant discount of additional 20% on the listed price of the product on the Website. The discount will vary from product to product; however, said discount shall not be less than 20% of the MRP or the listed price of the product, as available on the Website. Cardholder(s) will get an instant discount of relevant amount at the time of each purchase.
• These present terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Website T&C’s, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, to which the Cardholder(s) would have to agree by registering/using the Website. In the event of any conflict between the T&C’s, Terms of Use and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purpose limited to this Offer. Having said so, it is clarified that the shipping facility requested by any Cardholder under this Offer shall be only available within the designated territories within India as stipulated by TZARO in the Website T&C’s. Also The Offer is applicable on all purchases, i.e. prepaid purchases as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) items subject to the restriction on the specific products that are not made available on COD basis as per the discretion of TZARO and/or Website T&C’s.
• The validity of the Offer shall be until such time that the Sodexo has an arrangement with TZARO and for each Cardholder(s) the effective term shall be restricted to the validity of thecoupon code, as mentioned in thee-mailshared by the Sodexo at their sole discretion (“Offer Period”). The Offer will be subject to termination or changes as may be stipulated by TZAROand/or the Sodexo, for which no prior notice or liability shall be subsisting towards the Cardholder(s). This offer is valid for all purchases from www.TZARO.com for the offer period starting from 20th April 2017 and ending on 30th Jun 2017.
• The discount under the Offer is valid only on the MRP of the products indicated on the Website. The discount will not be applicable upon ancillary services such as ‘gift wrap’ charges, delivery/shipping charges, etc. (wherever applicable).
• All or any government levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder(s) (as may be applicable) at the time the order is made.
• Purchases under taken by the Cardholder(s) beyond validity of the coupon code shall not be included in the Offer.
• In a scenario where the Sodexo users either returns the product/cancels the transaction or a transaction is cancelled by the TZARO, only the charged/ deducted/debited amount shall be refunded to the Sodexo users) as per the TZARO’s cancellation/return policy AND the said Sodexo usersshall not be entitled to demand discount towards another transaction. Also under no circumstance will the discount being offered under this Offer be demanded by the Cardholder(s) to be encashed.
• TZARO and/or SODEXOwill not be responsible for invalid transactions or transactions that fail due to network or such uncontrolled errors.
• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the Website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. The TZARO shall not be responsible towards the same under any circumstances. The TZARO is not making any express or implied representation or guarantee regarding the price and quality of the products. By participating in this Offer, every Sodexo user expressly agrees that TZARO or any of its affiliates, employees, directors, etc. will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder(s) may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or misuse of the product
• The participation in the Offer is voluntary and any purchase on Website shall be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein by the Cardholder/user of the ICICI Card/Account.
• That SODEXO does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under this Offer and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products.
• The TZARO and Sodexo reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder(s) from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified/detected/reported.
• TZARO and the Sodexo hold the exclusive right at its sole discretion to refuse or deny the Offer to any Cardholder(s). The Cardholder(s) shall become ineligible to participate in this Offer if his/her card/account is cancelled/closed before the expiry of /during the Offer Period.
• Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability at all times and TZARO in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
• TZARO and the Sodexo reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement the Cardholder(s) have with the Sodexo. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
• The Offer shall be subject to usual force majeure events and on occurrence of such event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of TZARO/Sodexo.
• All disputes between the Cardholder(s) and Sodexo will be resolved inter se and TZARO will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Cardholder(s) and Sodexo.
• These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/ disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
