Olive. Not because it is safe. Because it is deliberate.
The Johnson is built around olive green nubuck leather, paired with tan oil pullup leather at the collar and overlays. Two leathers, two textures, one boot that looks like it was thought about.
Olive nubuck meets oil pullup — two leathers, one boot
Nubuck is full-grain leather buffed lightly on the surface — tougher than suede and made from the outer hide. In olive green, it reads earthy without trying to be a hiking boot. The tan oil pullup collar and overlays add warm contrast that feels considered, not accidental. The full leather lining keeps things breathable and comfortable through long hours of wear.
The camo sole — built into the rubber, not printed on
The camo pattern is part of the rubber compound itself — mixed in during manufacturing. It does not peel, fade, or wear off. It is also a quiet detail: most people will not notice it until they do. A detail for the person wearing the shoe, not for the room.
The mid-ankle cut — the most useful height in footwear
High enough to give the ankle real support. Low enough to tuck cleanly under slim or straight denims. The mid-ankle collar frames the foot without adding bulk — you get the look of a boot with the ease of a shoe. Works Monday to Sunday with denim, chinos, cargo trousers, or a kurta.
Built for the city. Ready for the outdoors.
Clean toe profile, rubber grip sole, stuckon construction — light on the foot and built for daily use on both city streets and uneven outdoor ground. Multilayer memory foam cushioning with a leather sock means comfort from the first step, not after a week of break-in.
Style note
Olive pairs well with khaki, tan, cream, navy, and washed denim. The tan overlays make it easy to match with brown accessories. This is the boot for men who want something that stands out quietly.
The boot that rewards the person who looks closely.

Goes Well with Anything
A sneaker outline with distinct mid-ankle profile makes it very versatile
Rubber Sole
The sole can withstand intensive usage. The rubber sole will survive over years and years. The herring bone pattern enhances the grip further.
Keeps your feet cooler
The shoe comes with powerful ventilation – the specialized inside leather absorbs the sweat very quickly and brings it to the surface from where it dries up, keeping your feet cool and sweat free. You can comfortably use it without socks. Your feet will remain stink free.
Cushioned Feet
The shoe comes with powerful cushioning designed to reduce stress on your ankle and knees. The cushion is tapered to add to its ability to redistribute the pressure.

What is Nubuck leather?
The top grain of the leather are scrubbed to make it Nubuck, this ensures that the leather doesn't wrinkle over the years. This family of leathers are lot more expensive than usual leathers.
What is special about lining?
These shoes have been lined with naked leather. This family has very superior ability to absorb the sweat which travels to the upper surface of the shoe and dries up keeping your feet cool from inside.
What is cemented construction technique?
Leather is tucked on the edges of lasts with tags/nails before it is attached to the sole.
What's special about these soles?
The sole is made of virgin high quality rubber which has a very strong grip and very low abrasion (which means that it will last longer over the years).
What's the difference between Faux Leather Shoes and Genuine Leather Shoes?
Faux Leather shoes do not breathe and feet will become hot from inside. Well-made genuine leather shoes (with genuine leather lining) will keep your feet cool even after 10 hours of usage in 40 degree Celsius zones. Genuine leather has 50 times longer life than Faux Leather Shoes.
