Customization

We offer limited level customization services which covers following:

• You can change the shoe colors – in case you like a shoe but we are not doing a particular color then we will be happy to do the shoe in your preferred color
• How it works: we will share possible shades in your preferred color which you can choose from and we will make the shoes in the color shortlisted by you
• You can also request for alterations in shoe fit or extra cushioning or request for half sizes.
• Our services currently cover customization from available set of ingredients and accommodating different sole colors might not be possible
• We will understand your requirement and confirm if we can customize as per your Wishlist or not

Process

• Once we confirm your customization request we will raise a payment link which needs to be paid – all customization requests are 100% prepaid non – refundable orders
• It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, extra to process a customization order – we will give you an expected delivery date before sharing the payment link
