No unnecessary detail. No wasted material. Just boot.
The Sniper is built around one idea — a serious ankle boot that does not compromise. Black nubuck upper, webbing reinforcement, padded leather collar, TR sole. Every element has a reason to be there. The result is a boot that looks as capable as it is.
Nubuck upper — tough surface, clean look
Black nubuck is full-grain leather lightly buffed on the surface to create a matte, velvety finish. It is tougher than suede — made from the outer hide — and holds its appearance well under daily wear and rough conditions. In all black, the nubuck surface gives the Sniper a clean, low-gloss look that sits between workwear and street without committing fully to either.
Webbing panels — structure where it matters
Webbing panels run along the sides of the upper, reinforcing the areas of the boot that take the most lateral stress. Webbing is used in field and tactical footwear for exactly this reason — it is light, abrasion-resistant, and holds its shape under load. On the Sniper, it also breaks up the all-black surface with a subtle textural contrast that keeps the boot from reading as flat.
Padded leather collar — ankle support done properly
The collar is padded with soft leather — not foam wrapped in fabric, but actual leather padding at the ankle. This gives the boot a firm but comfortable hold around the ankle without the stiffness that breaks in slowly. From day one, the Sniper sits securely on the foot.
Naked drum-dyed leather lining — breathable, sweat-friendly
The lining is naked drum-dyed leather — dyed through the drum with no surface coating applied on top. This means it breathes naturally and handles moisture better than coated or synthetic linings. For a full ankle boot worn through long days, this is the right call.
TR sole — grippy, durable, right for the job
TR (Thermoplastic Rubber) is a dense, hard-wearing sole material that grips well on both hard floors and uneven outdoor surfaces. It is more rigid than EVA foam, which gives the Sniper a firm, planted feel underfoot — the kind of contact with the ground that works well on construction sites, trails, and city streets alike. The lug pattern on the outsole adds traction without making the boot look like a hiking shoe.
The ankle height — full coverage, full support
The Sniper is a full ankle boot — higher than a mid-ankle, covering and supporting the ankle completely. Combined with the classic boot toe shape — rounded, protective, with real room in the toe box — this is a boot built for men who are on their feet all day in conditions that demand real footwear. It also wears well tucked into cargo trousers or over straight-leg denim.
Style note
All black with matte nubuck surface and webbing texture — this is a boot that reads as serious without being loud. It works with black denim, olive or khaki cargo trousers, dark chinos, and heavy casual wear. The classic boot silhouette means it does not date. This is the boot for men who want something that holds up everywhere they go.
Built to work. Built to last. Built to look good doing both.
