The crown of this watch has three positions to control the sub-dials. The 24-hour sub-dial is in sync with time of the watch while the other 2 sub-dials can be altered via the mid position of the crown. Sometimes multifunction watches also come with pusher control where you can use the pusher to control the day and date sub-dials.
