Nubuck tan. White collar. A moccasin that only gets better with time.
The Bismark in tan nubuck is the version of this boot built for the long run. Where NDM leather holds its shape from day one, nubuck softens and conforms progressively — the longer you wear it, the better it fits. Paired with a white Napa collar and a herringbone rubber sole, this is the most tactile and character-rich version of the Bismark range.
True moccasin construction — comfort built into the structure
In true-moc construction, the upper leather wraps beneath and around the foot as a single continuous piece — no hard footbed pressing up from below, just leather conforming naturally to your foot over time. Rare in a low ankle boot, and the comfort is felt from the first wear. Latex and memory foam cushioning layers inside for softness underfoot from day one. Stuckon construction attaches the herringbone rubber sole cleanly to the moc base — true moc comfort with a durable, modern finish.
Tan Nubuck — the leather that improves with every wear
Nubuck is full-grain leather buffed lightly on the surface to create a soft, velvety matte finish. It is made from the outer hide — tougher than suede, more breathable than most coated leathers. In tan, Nubuck has a warmth and depth that smooth leather does not — it catches light differently across its surface and develops a gentle patina that makes each pair uniquely its own. The more you wear it, the softer and more foot-shaped it becomes. This is the leather for men who think in years, not seasons.
White Napa collar — soft, clean, contrasting
The collar is smooth white Napa leather — fine, soft at the ankle, and a crisp visual contrast against the warm tan nubuck body. It frames the top of the boot cleanly, with the white rubber sole below mirroring it — tan nubuck centre, white frame top and bottom. A coherent palette that works without being forced.
Herringbone rubber sole — grip with a pattern worth noticing
The outsole runs a herringbone tread pattern — a tight diagonal weave of grip channels that delivers reliable traction on smooth city surfaces, light outdoor ground, and everything in between. Herringbone is one of the most effective grip geometries for mixed-surface everyday use, channelling water and debris away from underfoot cleanly. On a moccasin boot, it also adds a visual texture at the base that complements the crafted quality of the upper.
Naked leather lining — breathable all day
The lining is naked leather — uncoated and naturally breathable. It works in harmony with the nubuck upper, keeping the inside cool and moisture-managed through long hours of city wear.
Style note
Tan nubuck with a white collar and sole is the most relaxed and summer-ready version of the Bismark. It pairs with white or cream linen, light chinos in any neutral, denim in any wash, and casual Indian wear. The nubuck surface softens the contrast between tan and white, giving this version a slightly more mellow character than the NDM tan-white — same palette, different mood.
The moccasin boot that fits like a second skin — and gets even better from there.

What is true-moccasin construction technique?
True Moccasin construction refers to a technique where the leather swings like an envelope all around the feet. This construction technique allows the leather needs to expand when you walk (the muscles expand when the pressure is on the big toe area). Only true moccasin construction allows for this expansion. This technique consumes 40% more leather but the comfort is unmatchable.
What is special about lining?
These shoes have been lined with naked leather. This family has very superior ability to absorb the sweat which travels to the upper surface of the shoe and dries up keeping your feet cool from inside.
What's special about these soles?
The sole is made of virgin high quality rubber which has a very strong grip and very low abrasion (which means that it will last longer over the years).
What's the difference between Faux Leather Shoes and Genuine Leather Shoes?
Faux Leather shoes do not breathe and feet will become hot from inside. Well-made genuine leather shoes (with genuine leather lining) will keep your feet cool even after 10 hours of usage in 40 degree Celsius zones. Genuine leather has 50 times longer life than Faux Leather Shoes.
