The large elastic panel on the side with mid ankle boot design are two key characteristics of Chelsea Boots. It was first designed for Queen Victoria back in 1851. She loved them and used them rather frequently. Over next few years these became so popular that Chelsea area of London was full of people wearing these boots, that's how it got its name Chelsea Boots. TZARO design team did a very different version of Chelsea boots which has been built with a tough twin color TR cup-sole. The curves of the sole have been accentuated in the shoe design translating into this good-looking pair. The knot done with laces on the side gives a very young feel to it. We have used chocolate color Napa which gives them a distinct look as well as long life. These have been lined with sweat friendly leather lining to keep the feet cool. Cushioned with Latex and PU on the foot-bed, it has been designed to give extra comfort to your feet.

What is special about lining?
These shoes have been lined with naked leather. This family has very superior ability to absorb the sweat which travels to the upper surface of the shoe and dries up keeping your feet cool from inside.
What is cemented construction technique?
Leather is tucked on the edges of lasts with tags/nails before it is attached to the sole.
What is TPR material?
Thermoplastic Rubber is a special grade material which has qualities of both rubber (in terms of abrasion flexibility) and long life of Special Grade Plastic like PU or EVA. Soles made of this material have a longer life in both cold hot climates.
What's the difference between Faux Leather Shoes and Genuine Leather Shoes?
Faux Leather shoes do not breathe and feet will become hot from inside. Well-made genuine leather shoes (with genuine leather lining) will keep your feet cool even after 10 hours of usage in 40 degree Celsius zones. Genuine leather has 50 times longer life than Faux Leather Shoes.

DELIVERY
Our standard deliveries are limited to the PIN codes within our serviceable areas. For shipments to non-serviceable PIN codes, please reach out to us at CS@aanalyticsIQ.com. We manage such deliveries through an alternate process. This policy also applies to international deliveries, which are handled offline. Please note that additional delivery charges apply to international orders, and these shipments are non-returnable.

CASH ON DELIVERY
COD Eligibility: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders of ₹500 or more, provided your PIN code is within our serviceable areas.
Large Orders: Please note that we may selectively decline COD for large orders at our discretion.
Refunds for COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders are processed via NEFT. To initiate a refund, you will need to provide your bank account details. Refunds via NEFT typically take up to 7 working days.
Prepaid Order Refunds: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed through the payment gateway used for the transaction.

Eligibility: You may return or exchange a delivered product, but the request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Condition of Returned Products: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact.
Pickup Process: Our logistics partners will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location.
Exchange Policy: Please note that only one exchange per order is complimentary.
