Canvas – leather are two amazing eco-friendly ingredients. Designing a wallet with these 2 ingredients makes a wallet standout but still retain its classic elements. We have used brown canvas with a very hard to find shade of Tan. The center leather strip adds to its zing while the leather border adds to its life. The interiors are all made of pure soft leather. The single compartment wallet comes with 8 card slots & 2 slip pockets. Each of the edges have been creased and heat sealed while the wallet is backed with interlining materials to give it years of usage life. It’s been stitched with mechanized process to ensure consistent stitch density even on the corners. It’s a great wallet and has a unisex appeal to it.
3 months warranty against manufacturing defects covering stitch strength. Damages due to rough handling or stains are not covered under warranty. The products will be serviced or replaced under the warranty terms. The servicing will be done at the central service center.

The wallet has been made of genuine drum dyed leather.
The tanning can be done via spraying color on the leather (where the color is only on the top of leather surface) or by dipping the leather in color solutions (which is done in large drums) where the color seeps into the leather and adds to color fastness.
No Faux leather is basically plastic while genuine leather is made from animal hides.
Yes genuine leather has upto 50 times longer life than Faux-leather. Infact low quality Faux-leather can start to crumble in 3-6 months.
Life of a wallet depends on the way it is made (1) and the way it is used (2). Each TZARO wallet has been made with drum dyed genuine leather which has been skivied for uniform thickness. Each wallet is backed with strong interlining which adds to its strength. We use a computerized high density stitching technique which ensures adequate stitch strength and also distributes the pressure evenly. Usually a TZARO wallet can last upto 5 years depending on how it is being used.
Do not store so much stuff (cash, card & coins) that it loses its shape. In case it gets wet then do not sun dry it - let it dry under fan, away from sun. Stuff it with old newspaper to get rid of the moisture.

Our standard deliveries are restricted to the PIN Codes that we service. For shipments to Pin Code that we are not covering, you can write to us at [email protected], we handle such shipments in a different manner. This also applies to International Deliveries which are handled by an offline process, extra delivery charges apply to international deliveries which are non-returnable. By default, all deliveries are in Express Mode.
All orders of 500 or more have COD option, if we service your Pin Codes then we offer COD option for your order. We may selectively decline large orders on COD. The refunds of a COD order are done via NEFT and we will need your bank details. The refund via NEFT takes upto 7 working days. Pre-paid orders are refunded via Gateway.
You can Return or Exchange a delivered product but this needs to be initiated within 3 days of delivery. The returned product needs to be in the delivered condition, it should have original tags and labels. Our logistics partners will come and pick the product. Do remember that only one exchange per order is complimentary. You can initiate return or exchange from ‘My Orders Tab’ of your account. Refunds are initiated post return package reaches back to the warehouse.
