The bag is very high on detail – it has large pocket on the outside which is closed with a magnetic lock. There is a padded laptop compartment (which is large enough to accommodate a 14 inch laptop comfortably) on the inside along with a zipped pocket along with large slip pocket on the inside. There is a separate compartment for documents.
We have made the handle with Nylon which has been reinforced with leather and heavy-duty Nylon stitching. The adjustable sling handle is a high-density Nylon with Nickle Plated dog hooks at the end.

3 months warranty against manufacturing defects covering stitch strength. Damages due to rough handling are not covered under warranty. The products will be serviced or replaced under the warranty terms. The servicing will be done at the central service center.

Yes it does have a padded laptop compartment and it can accommodate a 14-inch laptop very well.
Yes it is made of thick genuine leather which is sturdy enough to last over the years. Leather has been paired with heavy canvas which is made of 100% cotton.
Leather bags should be stuffed with papers and packed in a poly or cloth bag and stored away from sunlight when not in use. In case the bag gets wet then dry it away from Sunshine. Use a leather conditioner to treat the corners and scratches. Care is needed against pen marks as it will not be easy to get rid of them. The canvas panels need care against stains as it is not wax coated.
Yes the joints are very sturdy and backed with Nylon stitching, they will last well over a decade or so.
It’s 100% cotton of a blend that could have translated in a good comfortable shirt as well. It’s a very premium fabric even on the inside.

Our standard deliveries are restricted to the PIN Codes that we service. For shipments to Pin Code that we are not covering, you can write to us at [email protected], we handle such shipments in a different manner. This also applies to International Deliveries which are handled by an offline process, extra delivery charges apply to international deliveries which are non-returnable. By default, all deliveries are in Express Mode.
All orders of 500 or more have COD option, if we service your Pin Codes then we offer COD option for your order. We may selectively decline large orders on COD. The refunds of a COD order are done via NEFT and we will need your bank details. The refund via NEFT takes upto 7 working days. Pre-paid orders are refunded via Gateway.
You can Return or Exchange a delivered product but this needs to be initiated within 3 days of delivery. The returned product needs to be in the delivered condition, it should have original tags and labels. Our logistics partners will come and pick the product. Do remember that only one exchange per order is complimentary. You can initiate return or exchange from ‘My Orders Tab’ of your account. Refunds are initiated post return package reaches back to the warehouse.
