All Black. But Built for Where You're Going.
Most all-black sneakers are sports shoes in a dark colour. The Buntikki is not. It is a black leather sneaker designed specifically for the person who wears sneakers to work — where the tone needs to be right, the silhouette needs to be clean, and nothing about the shoe should read as athletic.
NDM Leather — Surface That Works in Black
NDM leather has a natural pebbled grain that gives the surface texture without gloss. In all-black, this matters — a flat, over-finished leather looks cheap and ages poorly. The pebbled NDM surface catches light subtly across the grain, holding depth even in a single colour. The stitched contour lines and lightly puffed panels across the upper give the Buntikki its shape and visual structure — quiet design that delivers a visual impact.
Lightweight Without Cutting Corners
The sole is a special-grade compound — noticeably lighter underfoot than a standard TR or rubber outsole, without sacrificing grip. If you spend long hours on your feet or move between meetings, the weight of a shoe accumulates. The Buntikki is built to avoid that. The sole profile stays flat and clean, in keeping with the overall minimal approach.
Office-Ready Comfort
The lining is sweat-friendly black leather — breathable and natural against the foot, chosen to handle the conditions of a full working day. No synthetic mesh, no foam padding that compresses and stays compressed. Just leather doing what leather does best.
Style Note
All-black works in almost every professional casual context — dark trousers, black chinos, grey suits worn casually, dark denim. The Buntikki sits firmly in serious-casual territory: not formal enough to be a dress shoe, not casual enough to be a weekend shoe, exactly right for the office floor that has moved past requiring formal footwear but still expects you to look sharp.
The leather sneaker you reach for on days that matter.

What is cemented construction technique?
Leather is tucked on the edges of lasts with tags/nails before it is attached to the sole.
What is TPR material?
Thermoplastic Rubber is a special grade material which has qualities of both rubber (in terms of abrasion & flexibility) and long life of Special Grade Plastic like PU or EVA. Soles made of this material have a longer life in both cold & hot climates.
What's the difference between Faux Leather Shoes and Genuine Leather Shoes?
Faux Leather shoes do not breathe and feet will become hot from inside. Well-made genuine leather shoes (with genuine leather lining) will keep your feet cool even after 10 hours of usage in 40 degree Celsius zones. Genuine leather has 50 times longer life than Faux Leather Shoes.
What's hand-punching?
Each punching or perforation is done via small tools one at a time & this takes a lot of time to finish one pair; approximately 20 minutes a pair (only for perforations).
