At TZARO, the mission was to create a new generation of brogue black shoes for men's which could redefine comfort in every possible way. This is how "feather-light" series came into existence. The shoe comes with a new generation of technology which has made these shoes super light. These shoes barely weigh 630 grams a pair. That’s super light shoes. The Shoe comes with new generation of sole which is super flexible and gives a strong grip even on the most slippery surfaces. The shoes come with long lasting PU based cushion which ensures that the feet remained cushioned even when you use the shoes over few years. The shoe comes in handpicked genuine leather on the outside and a sweat friendly genuine leather lining on the inside. The two layers have been combined with a natural adhesive which ensures that sweat travels from inside of the shoe to the surface at an accelerated pace. These shoes are designed to keep your feet cool and dry even with 10-12 hours of usage. These shoes are very comfortable to use and in particular carry three distinct features (1) these are exceptionally light – one of the lightest in leather shoes to be precise (2) these shoes are designed to keep your feet cool and dry even in extreme conditions, (3) these are super flexible and have a long-lasting cushioning. All of this primarily translates into some addictive level of comfort. Nothing in genuine leather, available in INDIA comes close to these!

The shoe comes with powerful ventilation – the specialized inside leather absorbs the sweat very quickly and brings it to the surface from where it dries up, keeping your feet cool and sweat free. You can comfortably use it without socks. Your feet will remain stink free.
Cushioned Feet
The shoe comes with powerful cushioning designed to reduce stress on your ankle and knees. The cushion is tapered to add to its ability to redistribute the pressure.
Superlight & Flexible Sole
The sole is made of a special grade of material which makes it super-light. It can actually bend in all directions. The shoe is designed to mimic your feet movement which adds to its comfort.

About Construction Approach
These have been made with stuck-on technique. In simpler words the upper has been pasted to the sole.
What's the padding/cushioning?
These have been padded with a two layers of Latex & PU. PU is incredible material for cushioning - it has amazing performance even over the years. We use a tapered cushion which has been designed to reduce stress on your knees.
What is special about leather?
These are premium leathers which gives it extra life and makes it skin friendly. They have been treated to deliver very high breathability.
What's special about the SOLE?
The sole is a special compound made of EVA and Rubber, which have been combined in a way that its abrasion is less than 250 which means (1) the sole will last for a very long period of time (2) the sole is of antiskid make which along with being super flexible adds significantly to the comfort.

DELIVERY
Our standard deliveries are limited to the PIN codes within our serviceable areas. For shipments to non-serviceable PIN codes, please reach out to us at CS@aanalyticsIQ.com. We manage such deliveries through an alternate process. This policy also applies to international deliveries, which are handled offline. Please note that additional delivery charges apply to international orders, and these shipments are non-returnable.

CASH ON DELIVERY
COD Eligibility: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders of ₹500 or more, provided your PIN code is within our serviceable areas.
Large Orders: Please note that we may selectively decline COD for large orders at our discretion.
Refunds for COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders are processed via NEFT. To initiate a refund, you will need to provide your bank account details. Refunds via NEFT typically take up to 7 working days.
Prepaid Order Refunds: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed through the payment gateway used for the transaction.

Eligibility: You may return or exchange a delivered product, but the request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Condition of Returned Products: The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact.
Pickup Process: Our logistics partners will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location.
Exchange Policy: Please note that only one exchange per order is complimentary.
Initiating a Return or Exchange: You can initiate the process through the ‘My Orders’ tab in your account.
Refund Process: Refunds will be initiated once the returned package is received at our warehouse.
