Each panel’s edges are heat-sealed, each leather panel is of the same thickness to distribute the pressure evenly. This wallet is designed to last for atleast 3 years.
The watch is warranted for 1 year on plating and 2 years on movement. The warranty doesn’t cover usage related wear and tear. The wallet is warranted for a year which covers build quality, stitching strength and doesn’t cover stains or usage related wear & tear.

Watch making is all about quality of components, craftsmanship and pure excellence of processes. In watch industry things can go wrong by microns [there is no millimeter in watch industry]. A dust particle can create chaos inside a watch which otherwise might be a perfect piece. A good watch would mean – high quality ion plating, a well finished watch case made of stainless steel or cold brass, high quality watch movement, stainless steel back & crowns, either stainless steel chain or genuine leather strap. This needs to be complemented with a high-quality dial which is the most visible part of the watch. A great design combines colors of the case, dial and strap elegantly. Details on the dial face remain the core of the design. Making a great watch is different level of competency. Some of the iconic brands have the rare competency of being able to make a watch movement as well as design and produce each component on their own. This minimalist design watch has a classic date window at 3 o clock position. The white dial goes well with the tan strap. This watch comes in a gift pack with a genuine leather card holder which can act like a small wallet. You can keep your credit & business cards and some cash in it.
This watch has 30-meter water resistance make which means that even if this watch gets exposed to water occasionally – it will still be working fine. But it doesn’t mean that this watch can be taken for a shallow diving. The water resistance primarily comes from precision of the manufacturing process. Water can enter from the glass – back-cover or the crown. All these 3 points need to be absolutely accurate in dimensions and needs to have sealing mechanism in place to counter water-pressure. This watch has been tested under 3 Atmospheric Pressure for its resistance against water. The watch has gone through rigorous rounds of checks before being shipped.
This watch comes with genuine leather strap which has premium grade leather on the top as well as on the inside or the reverse part of the strap. A good quality strap is a very evolved competence. It demands perfection in the making process and also needs deep understanding of leathers. A lot of strap making process is all manual while pressure gluing, stitching & cutting is mechanized process which gives it a great finish and life. This watch strap is one of the highest possible quality and will last well over the years.

Ion plating is a vacuum plating technique where metal is transferred on the surface, its atleast 50 times stronger than wet plating (where the metal is transferred via ionized liquid). In other words Ion plated surface has stronger resistance to water, sweat.
This results in lot longer life of crowns to both wear and tear corrosion.
This is needed to provide extra resistance to sweat which is acidic and hence highly corrosive.
Usually a battery will last for over 12 to 18 months.
The Miyota 2035 movement used in this case has a life of 15-20 years, over this time period the watch will display time with very high accuracy.
The watch strap is made of genuine leather both on top and bottom. The leather on bottom has special treatment which results in extra resistance to water sweat. Usually the watch straps are PU on top while genuine leather is only used in the bottom. Each TZARO watch comes with all Genuine Leather strap which has a long life.
The water resistance comes from crown which needs to have a washer and needs to perfectly fit in, the glass needs to be strong enough to handle the pressure and needs to be backed by a washer, and the case back needs to be air tight. Every TZARO watch is 30 meters water proof and has been tested in pressure chambers for being water proof.
Ring set case has a ring which has been attached to the case, this allows differential plating to the case (where we can plate case in one color and ring in some other color).

Our standard deliveries are restricted to the PIN Codes that we service. For shipments to Pin Code that we are not covering, you can write to us at [email protected], we handle such shipments in a different manner. This also applies to International Deliveries which are handled by an offline process, extra delivery charges apply to international deliveries which are non-returnable. By default, all deliveries are in Express Mode.
All orders of 500 or more have COD option, if we service your Pin Codes then we offer COD option for your order. We may selectively decline large orders on COD. The refunds of a COD order are done via NEFT and we will need your bank details. The refund via NEFT takes upto 7 working days. Pre-paid orders are refunded via Gateway.
You can Return or Exchange a delivered product but this needs to be initiated within 3 days of delivery. The returned product needs to be in the delivered condition, it should have original tags and labels. Our logistics partners will come and pick the product. Do remember that only one exchange per order is complimentary. You can initiate return or exchange from ‘My Orders Tab’ of your account. Refunds are initiated post return package reaches back to the warehouse.
